    The vacuum doesn't work.

    Some of machines don't work properly. Still swallow money without giving service and when call the phone line nobody to answer. No monitor to show time's up when washing the car

    No possibility to dry your car, this is problematic when weather is cold (up to -30 Celsius in winter) the water freeze immediately after washing.

    You can wash you car yourself and its not expensive at all. The only thing i would recommend is may be to have an automatic dryer.
