    Found plastic chunk in hot chocolate. Onion soup cheese not melted. Brought the wrong drinks. Half of hamburger bun instead of dinner roll with meal.

    This Normandin is quite new and it is set in a quite beautiful setting. For a family restaurant, this place is simply awesome and really adds to mall's (Place de la Cité) offer. It has a nice bar area too. Old timers will remember that the location used to be the Liquor Store nightclub. The staff is super friendly and helpful, more urban than other Normandin outlets. Service is quick and genuinely welcoming. I recommend the "assiette brunch fruité" for a hearty yet healthy meal. Brunches are served at anytime and waitresses walk around with fresh coffee for as many refills as you want. A beautiful embodiment of the North American classic family restaurant.
