  It is economic and decent. Not the latest bells and whistles like USB charging ports in the fixtures or alarm clocks, but for overnight stays it is prefect and conveniently located with big enough rooms. Requires better channel selection for English programming.

  Convenient and affordable place with clean and tidy rooms having all facilities provided. Good and understanding staff, I arrived a day late after booking and they did not charge me for the day I couldn't check-in. Breakfast is not that great but good enough for the price. Cannot complain in service and hospitality.

  The best hotel in Québec City! Glad I chose this place instead of something else. This place is the cheapest you can ever get. Moreover breakfast and parking is complimentary. What I really liked is the parking spot is just behind the room we got so that we can unload our luggage easily from our car as they have a back door which directly leads to the car parking spot. Breakfast was good too. Staff is nice.

  There was a pair of dirty underwear on the bathroom floor behind the door upon our arrival. Our clothing iron was broken. The heating took a good 30 minutes to kick in. Me and my girlfriend rolled to the middle of the cheap mattress. This place is kind of a dump.

  The person at the front desk was very nice :) He gave us a reminder call regrading the booking and even though we reached so late, was super kind to show us rooms and make us feel so welcome, and give an extra bed for no extra charge. The rooms are just as shown in the picture, nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast and wifi was free. Breakfast was fresh and unlimited. Thanks to the kind lady who worked non stop to let the guests be full. Thank you Econo Lodge!
